Brad Niemann has lived in the Arkansas River Valley for 42 years. Brad graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 1996 and briefly relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1997 with his wife, Monica. Before moving back to Russellville, the Niemanns lived in several states, including Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma. In 2002, they returned to Russellville, where they raised two children: Abby and Eli.
In the last 17 years of his career in real estate, Brad owned a company for seven of those years and remained in sales continuously. Brad has overseen over 2,000 transactions, 1,300 of them being his own. Because of this wide range of experience, Niemann says he has nearly seen it all.
“In my experience of working with first-time buyers, there are not a lot of situations that I haven’t seen or journeyed through with my clients,” Brad said. “It is my goal to help every client that I work with, despite what the situation may be.”
Brad also has a bit of a green thumb. “I have an immense passion for growing my food and preserving it all, so if that’s something of interest to you, we should talk.”
Brad believes the Arkansas River Valley is the best place to live. “There’s no place like the River Valley to raise a family,” he said. “I am proud to call it my home. I can’t wait for the opportunity to visit with you and share my love and dedication to not only my profession but my clients as well.”
